This free event will feature tips on how to select a race, team, training, nutrion, and strategy. Oh, and did we mention tons of free stuff, door prizes, and drawings from Rockwell Relay, Hoodoo 500, and Bike 2 Bike?  Join us Friday, February 26 from 6-7 pm in St. George at the Wingate Hotel – 144 W. Brigham Rd.  A similar seminar will be held April 16 in the Salt Lake area.
